As humans, we carry a lot — stress, pressure, emotions we don't always have time to process. We push through, move on, and keep going… but the body keeps track.
That stress doesn't disappear. It gets stored. Over time, it can show up as tension, anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, or just feeling disconnected from yourself.
This is Soma+IQ™ — a guided somatic experience using breath and music to help you get out of your mind and into your body. Instead of just breathing to relax, your body can release stored stress and emotion, access clarity, and reconnect with yourself in a real, grounded way.

Hi, I'm Amanda.
I was doing everything "right"… but internally, I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself. I didn't even realize how dysregulated my nervous system had become — because I was so used to pushing through.
After having my kids later in life, everything shifted. Over time, the stress, pressure, and emotional weight built up in my body — until it started showing up physically. That was my wake-up call.
That's when breathwork found me. For the first time, I was able to release what I had been carrying — and feel more clear, connected, and at ease in my body. I create a space that is deeply supportive and grounded — where you can feel safe enough to let go.
This isn't just something I learned. It's something I've lived. And now I guide women through that same process.

What to Expect
Each session is a guided experience designed to help you feel safe, supported, and connected to your body. You simply follow along and allow your body to respond.
You'll be led through your breath with music and gentle guidance throughout. No experience needed — your body already knows how to begin.
Some people feel deep calm. Others feel emotion or release. You may notice physical sensations as your body lets go of stored stress. All of it is normal.
You can slow down, pause, or stop at any time. This is your experience. No pressure, no expectation — just space for your body to reset in its own way.
Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. Sometimes the shift is immediate. Other times, it continues to unfold in the hours and days after.
We move at the pace your body is ready — never forcing or overwhelming your system. The goal is regulation, not intensity. Your nervous system leads the way.
